With the harvest of spring and summer vegetables such as peas and spinach starting in May, we continue to pack throughout the year finishing with potatoes and carrots in winter. All vegetables are harvested and processed in season to guarantee the finest quality.
For the very best potatoes, we only use small, fast-cooking varieties. They are carefully selected on the basis of their quality. The staggered delivery ensures us of a constant supply of fresh potatoes throughout the year. Virtually all conceivable combinations are possible for this multi-faceted vegetable. Peeled or not peeled, in slices, cubes or as whole potatoes: you the customer decide.
Vegetable varieties are all selected for their properties which make them best suited to heat processing, ensuring that flavour and texture are never compromised.
Our facility is certified to the highest standards; including BRC “AA” and IFS (Higher), and continues to focus on further investment and development of equipment and people to maintain this.
